1 / What postal service do you use?
We use Royal Mail for all services, standard delivery is 3-5 days, express is Royal Mail 48 Hours.
2 / I made a mistake, can i change it?
Please send an email ASAP, they are monitored regularly and where i can i will accommodate the changes. A draft is sent for all custom orders before anything is posted for you to review your order
3 / Would you make me something unique
If you are after something unique to you, please send me a message - i will do all i can to help create that something special just for you.
4 / how long do orders take
Stock items are normally dispatched within 24 hours, custom designs are usually designed within 3 days however if you have a specific deadline please let me know and i will do my best to accommodate.
